How does Scratch Off Rewards work?
Scratch Off Rewards lets you win real rewards by playing fun, free scratch card games. Simply open the app daily, scratch off cards to reveal symbols or prizes, and earn coins with each play. The more you play, the more coins you collect — and those coins can be redeemed for gift cards! Some scratch cards offer instant wins, while others let you enter sweepstakes or unlock bonuses.
Why aren’t my scratch cards refreshing?
New scratch cards are added every day! Make sure you’ve checked back 24 hours after your last session. If the cards haven’t refreshed, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, reach out to us at hello@scratchoffrewards.com.

When will I receive my reward?
Gift card rewards are typically sent within 7 days, though it may vary based on your country or the reward type. Be sure to check your email (including spam folders) for redemption instructions.
I won a reward, but haven’t received anything yet.
Some rewards require verification or may be processed by our trusted partner, Tremendous. If it's been more than 7 days and you haven't seen anything, contact us or visit help.tremendous.com for more info.
Why can’t I cash out yet?
There’s a $1 minimum required to redeem. You’ll also need to verify your email address before your reward can be processed.

Check your spam or promotions folders. If you still don’t see anything after a few minutes, try resending the email from within the app or contact us at hello@scratchoffrewards.com.
Can I use multiple accounts?
No. Multiple accounts or attempts to abuse the reward system may result in disqualification or a ban. Keep it fair and fun for everyone!
